3.  SUPPORT - Customers need to know they are not alone, that they are connected to you.

4.  SERVICE - Have a servant mindset, a help
mindset, share with your customers and business
partners why you started this business.  They need to know why you choose to be in the business you are in.
We all want to belong to something great.

5.  START - Just go, stop getting ready to get ready.  As my 89 year-old mother says, "start where you are with what you have.”  Do it on PURPOSE - your customers and business partners will feel your resolve.
