Are you looking for ways to drive free traffic to your web site? Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising are quick ways to drive traffic to your web site. However, those methods often cost a premium to employ. In some cases, if not correctly implemented, these methods can only provide abysmal conversion results and drain your advertising budget as I mentioned.

Thankfully, I have some tips for you to try that may get you quick results and cost zero money! Some minor sweat equity along with a bit of planning on your part is all that is required to get the clicks coming in.

One great way to drive free traffic is to write quality content and have it published on free sites that rank on the top page of Google. You can publish on web sites like www.FastCompany, www.About.com, www.Suite101.com, www.articlecity.com, www.findarticles.com, www.coollist.com, www.sitepronews.com. There are many more web sites that you’ll find once you begin your search. You’ll be amazed at how many sites you can post on that can hyperlink back to yours creating free traffic.

You can turn your stories & articles into videos and then post them onto www.YouTube.com, which provide obvious benefits. If your video goes viral you can be seen by millions of viewers just by posting one submission.

Check out www.bloggerlInkup.com. If you have some good writing skills you may able to be a guest blogger and get some free traffic this way too. This may be a bit more subjective as not everyone can be a great blogger.

So, start thinking about ways to get your articles on highly rated web sites that relate to your industry. You might receive some valuable and free traffic to your web site.

Here’s a closing tip… if you are an advertiser on BusinessOpportunity.com looking for more leads, try writing an article about your product or service and then include a hyperlink that will drive traffic to your listing on our site which could ultimately enhance your traffic. By doing this you are marketing yourself and increasing your lead count too!
