Facebook’s pages are changing as of March 30, and any business opportunity or franchise owner who has a page and is not ready could be asking for problems. Businesses that are already active on Facebook and know what’s coming and prepare for it should do just fine, but if your business page has been languishing for a while, the changeover to Facebook’s new mandatory “Timeline” feature is going to make that fact all too apparent.

Designed to provide more branding and advertising opportunities, the new Timeline approach provides a platform for businesses to talk with their customers and not just at them.
