Asked to share his thoughts in response to some of the questions most often posed by BusinessOpportunity.com's Entrepreneur Exchange readers, Patrick had this to offer:

How does someone know if they have what it takes to own their own business? Tell us a bit about how you made the decision and why.

I have always been frustrated by having a regular job. It was just an internal feeling that never went away. I made the decision to buy into this business and industry because there was almost ZERO competition!

What was the biggest challenge you faced in your first six months in business?

I spent too much on marketing and things like that.

How did you meet that challenge?

I had to scale back and increase sales.

What do you think is the greatest challenge facing business owners today?

The greatest challenge is cash flow.

What is the single strongest piece of advice you would have for someone just starting out in business for themselves?

Keep pushing if you believe in your business.

What is it about the business/industry you are in that made it so attractive to you?

It saves money for customers in tough times.
