End of Summer Special Sauce Edition v1.2: Slow Down & Get Organized So, you need to get ready for the high season, but you’ve been busy all summer long and are way behind. Now you see Labor Day coming in days and know you need to move fast.
Slow down… even if you’ve been playing all summer there is still hope for you. Truth is most are way behind before they open for business each day because they’ve never taken the time to map out not only where they’ve been, but a true road map for lead generation, data capture, email marketing, communication, data management, workflow and collaboration with other team members, client history and a list that goes on and on all housed in one centralized tool to show where they’re going!

Get Organized This Fall

Yes, my friends if you spend some time to get yourself, your company, your home-based business organized it will in the end save you a factor of ten by this time next year. That means you can start working and being 10x’s more productive at worst. At best… who knows. Many CRM’s on the market may seem scary, but in reality most are idiot-simple to use, come with free customer service so you have no real excuses not to look into a system for you or your business opportunity. It is wise to at least look into how you, your company, the organization that you work for, whatever can benefit from a CRM if you are not already using one.

If you check out some Pro’s and Con’s of each system because you might find a system that can be tailored to be better suited to meet your needs. Doing a simple review of your existing CRM, features & functions, tools, apps and add-ons and do a side-by-side comparison you might even save you some money too.

How people, business owners, large and small organize themselves and their company says a lot about them. No, don’t dismiss little Johnny in ‘the cube’ with wires everywhere, pieces of paper flying off the top of his ever-present stack of paper who claims to know where anything he needs is or better the work-at-home-warrior who runs around in ten different directions all the time constantly complaining about how disorganized everyone ‘else is’ and if people could be more like her the world would be a better place. Oh, and little Mrs. I (space) Have (space) It (space) Together check out my clean space office environment are still all lost when it comes down to it are usually the most disorganized people in the office or home-office.

See, it isn’t so much on how you integrate & organize yourself with your business, co-workers, suppliers, email marketing, communications and more that can make the difference between making the sale and not landing that new client or worse having no history to rely on when a client asks you a pivotal buying question about a conversation from six months ago and you draw a blank. Unless you have a photographic memory or get incredibly lucky and happen to remember that instance a half-year prior that sale of yours is now in the hands of fate. That is never a good thing in sales. You go into the call with a plan of action and a result that you want to illicit not hope and then rely on fate for assistance when hope fails.
